I can eat anything, right?

As someone who has worked in the fitness industry for a number of years, I can tell you that there is a common misconception amongst many people. It’s the idea that as long as you’re active, you can eat whatever you want and not suffer any negative consequences. I used to work in a supermarket for around 60 hours a week, and I would often find myself grabbing a snack during my shift.
